EMBODIED HEALING
Returning to the body is where real healing begins.
Not through bypassing.
Not through spiritual performance.
But through the quiet intelligence of the body remembering what it has always known.
Embodied healing is the work of restoring connection — to your nervous system, your energy, your ancestral wisdom, and the parts of yourself that were taught to disconnect in order to survive.
This work is gentle.
It is powerful.
And it meets you exactly where you are.
EMBODIED HEALING MODALITIES
Gentle pathways back to your body’s wisdom
SUJOK THERAPY
A Decolonized Correspondence Healing Practice
Sujok is a gentle yet powerful healing system that uses the hands and feet as correspondence maps of the entire body. These points act as access portals where imbalances can be reflected and supported back into harmony.
Rooted in Onnuri Medicine, Sujok works by stimulating precise points to release energetic blockages, regulate the nervous system, and activate the body’s natural healing response.
Through a decolonized lens, symptoms are not problems to silence — they are signals pointing toward deeper patterns asking to be understood.
REIKI ENERGY HEALING
Embodied Remembrance Through Energy
Reiki is a gentle yet profound energy practice that supports healing across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of your being.
Rei means universal wisdom. Ki means life-force energy. This practice honors energy as something remembered within — not granted from outside.
Through a decolonized lens, energy work is not about bypassing pain. It is about restoring relationship with the body in a world that taught you to override it.
Remember Your Essence
WHO THIS HEALING IS FOR
For women ready to return to the intelligence of their bodies
This space is for women who feel the quiet pull to reconnect with their body and their truth.
Women who are tired of overriding themselves just to keep functioning.
Women who are healing burnout, emotional exhaustion, trauma imprints, or the deep fatigue of constantly carrying more than they should have had to.
Women who are awakening to the ways systems, conditioning, and survival patterns have shaped their nervous systems and their relationship with themselves.
This work is not about fixing you.
It is about remembering the intelligence already living
inside your body.
If something in you feels relief just reading that, you may already be on your way back to yourself.
LIVE SACRED PAUSES
Women’s Circles & Embodied Gatherings
Women’s Circles & Sacred Pauses are intimate gatherings where women
step out of urgency, roles, and conditioning to reconnect with
themselves in community.
These spaces weave decolonized energy work, circle practice, and
embodied reflection to support nervous system restoration,
truth-telling, and inner return.
Gatherings are held in my home space in New Jersey as well as
immersive experiences in my ancestral Mother Land, Costa Rica.
ONE DAY IMMERSION
Sacred Pause: Remembering Our Essence
April 4 · 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
A full-day embodied immersion where women step out of urgency and return to presence. Through circle practice, breath, reflection, and gentle energy work we reconnect with the deeper rhythms of the body and the wisdom already living within.
WOMEN'S CIRCLE
Flower Full Moon Circle
May 1 · 6 PM
An intimate evening circle honoring the Flower Moon — a moment in the seasonal cycle when the earth blooms fully. Through flower ritual, breath, earth connection, and shared witnessing we explore what is opening, emerging, and asking to be seen in this season of life.
Held on private land in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
WHY WOMEN GATHER
Because healing was never meant to happen in isolation
There is something powerful that happens when women gather with honesty, tenderness, and truth.
We remember that we are not the only ones carrying grief, change, longing, rage, beauty, or becoming. We remember that being witnessed can soften what survival taught us to hold alone.
In circle, the nervous system begins to settle. The body feels less rushed. The heart makes room for what has been waiting to be felt.
We gather to slow down.
We gather to tell the truth.
We gather to remember ourselves in the presence of one another.
This is the medicine of sacred space.
This is the quiet power of returning together.
A FINAL INVITATION
If your body is asking for pause, trust that.
You do not need to earn rest. You do not need to wait until everything falls apart.
Sometimes the most honest thing you can do is slow down, be witnessed, and return to yourself in community.
This is your invitation to pause.
To soften.
To remember.
