SACRED PAUSES & WOMEN'S CIRCLES
Ceremonial spaces for remembering our matriarchal lineage and power
Returning to circle is not new.
It is ancient.
Across cultures and generations, women gathered in circles to witness one another’s lives, share wisdom, grieve, celebrate, and remember who they were beyond the roles imposed by the world around them.
Sacred Pauses and Women’s Circles are my way of restoring those spaces in a modern context.
They are not workshops.
They are not self-improvement programs.
They are ceremonial spaces where women step out of urgency and return to themselves.
WHY WOMEN GATHER
Because healing was never meant to happen alone
When women gather with honesty, tenderness, and presence, something shifts in the nervous system and in the collective field.
Stories soften.
Truth becomes easier to speak.
And what felt heavy to carry alone begins to move.
These circles are spaces of witnessing, reflection, and embodied presence.
We gather not to fix one another, but to remember together.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CIRCLE
Remembering the wisdom already carried within us
Women’s circles are simple, intentional spaces where presence replaces performance.
There is no spiritual hierarchy here.
No borrowed rituals.
No ceremonies taken from traditions that are not ours.
These gatherings are not about appropriating practices from Indigenous cultures or packaging sacred traditions as experiences.
Instead, the intention is to remember what already lives within our own lineage.
Every woman carries inherited wisdom — through her body, her ancestry, and the stories that shaped her family line.
In circle we often explore:
- Grounding and breath practices
- Embodied reflection and journaling
- Witnessing and being witnessed in circle
- Moments of silence and integration
- Gentle energy work for nervous system restoration
Nothing here is meant to perform spirituality.
Everything is meant to support remembering where your clarity, power, and confidence already live — within your own matriarchal lineage.
LIVE SACRED PAUSES
Women’s Circles & Embodied Gatherings
Women’s Circles & Sacred Pauses are intimate gatherings where women step out of urgency, roles, and conditioning to reconnect with themselves in community.
These spaces weave decolonized energy work, circle practice, and embodied reflection to support nervous system restoration, truth-telling, and inner return.
Gatherings are held in my home space in New Jersey, as well as immersive experiences in my ancestral Mother Land, Costa Rica.

COSTA RICA SACRED PAUSE IMMERSIONS
A Spiral Journey Into Connection
With Mother Earth
This journey is not about escaping life.
It is about returning to the rhythms that have always sustained it.
Costa Rica — my ancestral Mother Land — becomes the landscape where this remembering unfolds.
You feel a yearning to embrace yourself and connect deeply with your soul.
Immersed in rainforest, volcano, waterfalls, and geothermal waters, the body begins to remember something ancient:
that healing happens in relationship with the earth.
This is not simply travel.
It is a return to relationship —
with the land,
with your body,
and with the deeper intelligence guiding your life.
The Four Elements Experience
Water — Flow, Renewal, Rebirth
Water is the universal fuel of existence.
You will submerge in the geothermal waters of the Arenal Hot Springs, allowing the warmth of volcanic waters to cradle your spirit.
Here the nervous system softens.
The body remembers how to rest.
The warmth of the water becomes a return to the womb — a quiet moment before rebirth.
Fire — Transmutation and Activation
Fire lives beneath the volcanic earth.
It reminds us that transformation is not something we force.
It is something we allow.
Here we ask the fire to support the rite of passage — igniting the light within you and awakening the courage to step into the next chapter of your life.
Air — Trust and Expansion
Air connects you to the invisible forces that sustain life.
As you glide through the rainforest canopy, feeling the wind across your face, the body remembers what it means to trust.
To surrender.
To move with life rather than against it.
The mountains and jungle become mirrors for the journey unfolding within you.
Earth — Grounding and Belonging
Walking the rainforest trails reconnects you with the living intelligence of the land.
The earth reminds us that we belong — not as observers, but as participants in the web of life.
Here the body remembers something essential:
You were never separate from nature.
Experience the Journey
This journey is an invitation to slow down.
To reconnect with the elements.
To remember the wisdom already living within your body.
Mother Earth becomes the ceremony.
The land becomes the teacher.
And you remember who you are.
